PRELIMINARY WORKS AGREEMENT
Super Cashflow Developments has been duly selected by the clients named below to manage and execute all concept designs, town planning illustrations, and thorough working drawings, in harmony with the fee schedule and projected disbursement expenses outlined on the adjoining page.
These tasks are commissioned by the client with the intent of constructing the Rooming House on the selected site, under the guidance and management of Super Cashflow Developments. It is understood and agreed that Super Cashflow Developments shall work exclusively with its trusted builder partners for the construction phase. Moreover, the client/s acknowledge that copyright and full ownership of all design work remain solely with Super Cashflow Developments, including but not limited to Concept Designs, Town Planning Illustrations, and Definitive Working Drawings. The use of any design, illustration, or drawing by any third-party or builder not approved by Super Cashflow Developments is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorised in writing by Super Cashflow Developments.
